IEC 60502 for extruding insulated power cables and accessories.
IEC 60331 for flame retardant cable
IEC 60332 for fire resistant cable
DESCRIPTION
Cables are rated at 0.6-1KV and conformed to IEC 60502, IEC60331 & IEC 60332.
CONSTRUCTION
1. Conductor
Plain, annealed electrolytic copper or Aluminum conductors, circular stranded, conforming to the applicable requirements of IEC 60228.
2. Insulation
RoHS PVC compound
3. Assembly
Single Core
2, 3, 4 or 5, 3+1, 4+1 cores: stranded together and if necessary filled with non-hygroscopic material. A non-hygroscopic binder tape may be applied over the laid-up cores.
4. Bedding
RoHS PVC Compound (Black)
5. Armor
Single core-Aluminum wire
2, 3, 4 or 5 cores- Galvanized Steel Wire

Applications:
0.6/1kV XLPE insulated power cables are used as power transmission lines and distribution systems.
