Specifications

• Conductors: Stranded (Class 2) or flexible (Class 5) copper conductors to BS EN 60228

• Insulation: PVC, XLPE, PE, FEP, PTFE, Silicon

• Pair Identification: Pairs will be numbered, pair colors can be customized according to clients’ requirement.

• Individual Screen: tinned copper drain wire under and incontact with aluminium/PETP laminated tape, cooper wire braided screen, Copper/PETP laminated tape

• Screen Isolation Tape: numbered PETP tape applied

over each individually screened pair

• Binder Tape: PETP tape 50% overlap

• Collective Screen: tinned copper drain wire(s) under and in contact with aluminium/PETP laminated tape

• Outer Sheath: PVC, PO

• Flame retardant to BS EN 60332-3-24 & IEC60332-3-24

• Voltage Rating: 300/500 V, 450/750
